Most orders are shipped directly from Australia, and delivery can be expected between 5 and 14 days. (8 days average)
SHIPPING POLICY: We have both shopping site calculators defaulted to $9.00 per item We do shipping additional calculations offline to give our customers the best deal on delivery. If the shipping costs are higher or lower than the default the calculations are performed at this point.
Know that we only charge you the exact shipping charged to us (be it UPS, Postal, DHL, Federal Express, etc.) Also, we do not overnight anything without your express permission. As always, if you have questions, you can always ask for a quote. If you have SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS, be sure to include these in the comment section of your order. PLEASE NOTE: Since shipping charges are added offline, these will not appear in the "Grand Total" charge on your shopping cart invoice receipt - but will appear with your delivery order receipt.
Export Information for electical devices exported from the Australia to other countries - Note required voltage must be 220 to 240 volt. (You can purchase a voltage convertor from the link provided http://www.220-electronics.com if you require stepping down to 120 volt from a 240volt appliance).

Please Note the exchange rate varies from day to day you are billed in Australian currency, but you can pay in U.S. dollars, we deduct the equivalent in Australian currency from your card, the exchange rates are calculated by the card people, or you can send us a bank cheque or transfer. Subject to the exchange rate which varies slightly from day to day.

How do I order items on this site?
Just click on the shopping cart to go to the order area, you can either leave the item in your cart and keep shopping, or proceed to the checkout. Try it out if you like, as long as you don't enter the checkout or enter any credit card or personal details in the ordering section. Details are only forwarded to BevanPotter.com after you have entered the checkout area and completed the transaction.
I've never used a credit card over the internet, how does it work?
Very similar to other methods you've probably used, like touch-tone-phone transaction such as paying the phone bill, or giving your number over the phone. The retailer processes the card details through his bank and your goods are dispatched.
I'd like to buy the goods, but I don't have a credit card.
You can always complete the order, by entering your personal information, without credit card details (a further step) and print out the completed order and post to us along with your cheque or money order.
